Material

The base of the floor lamp is made of Norwegian granite, and the Calices are carried by high quality polished stainless steel supports. The bulb fittings of this floor lamp are made of porcelain. ‘Les Calices’ are dimmable and operated by remote or foot controls. The Calice(s) are made from Venetian glass produced in limited edition at Murano.

History

These Calices were specially made by artists on the glass island of Murano (Venice - Italy). Due to a unique and secret process of production the Calices change color under different lighting conditions. In spectrum variations from mother of pearl to transparent, orange, gold and blue.
